Arguably one of the most popular recording artists of this moment in time, it's quite significant that for one of the biggest music awards in the world, she chose an Australian designer. And it suits her perfectly. I'm not entirely sure about the hair, her face was always so fresh and now it's covered with bangs. Hopefully not for long.
With a bit of sparkle, she transforms from country crooner to pop princess, et voila, there you have it. Given the addition of Jimmy Choo's, she's set for a night out to party and have fun in style.
Collette Dinnigan successfully flies the Australian designer flag internationally, with Sass & Bide, Willow and Ksubi snapping quickly at her heels. Akira Isogowa must not be forgotten, but he is every so quietly chipping away.
The likes of Halle Berry, Naomi Watts an my personal favourite, Charlize Theron have all worn Collette Dinnigan on the red carpet, and here's a young and modern new interpretation re-invigorating the brand on the world's stage. Having worked there for so long, I have to say, that kind of reinforcement is most definitely needed. Here's to an exciting new season for the Australian luxury brand.
