It's a growing list, but at the moment the book at the top is by Emma Magenta. It was published in 2006 and it's called 'A Gorgeous Sense of Hope'. Don't you just love the innocence of these illustrations, and the handwritten text speaks volumes, so simply. I'm going to stop writing now, these images although edited to a fraction of the story that makes up the book, say it all. Enjoy it for yourself.
