You can't go past spending your Saturday afternoon on the side of the rugby field at Hunter Valley Gardens. A little antipasto lunch at Cafe Enzo doesn't hurt either. But the highlight has to be dinner at Botanica. It's impeccable, full stop.
There's exciting things to look forward to coming up this week, but right now, winter treats are keeping my Saturday casual and fun, filled with sun.
