New York State Of Mind

Feeling completely nostalgic for New York and all thinks from the US, I was inspired by these images taken from US InStyle, patriotic in all their glory. Can I trade places with Jennifer Connolly, walking through New York on her way to Ed Sullivan Theatre to film The Late Show With David Letterman?
Heidi Klum is impossible. Impossibly what exactly? I still can't put into words, but this woman must have 'resilience' and 'I have four children and obviously don't need all that much sleep to still look this good' written all over her face.
Eva Mendes is still heating things up in the Calvin Klein ads but I don't care what anyone says, they're provocative and instigate desire for the garments. They're a massive side step from the minimalist mainline ads, but at the end of they day they're selling jeans and lingerie, clearly they know how to appeal to the senses.
Megan Fox is another actress lending her famous body to the marketing machine. Giorgio Armani is a one man brand band and knows how to generate interest in all the right places through his advertising campaigns. Watch this space.
And with the Winter Olympics only weeks away, Ralph Lauren has launched his new uniform for the athletes to wear during the opening ceremony. Could they appear any more clean cut? Talk about patriotism, but the overall look is in the bag. Put Michael Buble in one of these cardigans immediately for the tv ads that are screening at the moment. I'll be watching.
